(More customer reviews)I know there have been a lot of good things written about this product but I did not have the same experience.I foster cats/kittens and have up to 20 animals in my home/garage at one time. I keep everything spotless but because of new animals, etc.there are a few that have been marking for a long time.I purchased at least 8 gallons of this product and used it exactly as prescribed.I have wood floors and you can only saturate so much without ruining them (I probably did in a few areas!).It never stopped them from returning to that area.I even used this product in conjunction with Feliway, as suggested.Nothing worked.When I contacted the company regarding my dilemma they said they could not help me because I purchased the product from a company other than themselves.I would always search for the best price considering I was purchasing so much!There was a $20.00 difference per gallon in some instances.I can say that the product smells nice!Other than that, it did not work for me and there was no help from the company once I had a problem with it.So much for their money-back guarantee!!I think they need to add a disclaimer where people can see it, that the product must be purchased from the manufacturer to be guaranteed.Since then I have tried Eco-88 which seems to work as well or better than anything else I have tried.
